Right M1 Segment Artery Occlusion
- 60 year old female patient presented with left sided weakness and aphasia with an NIHSS score of 23.
- Right M1 segment artery occlusion.
- Walrus BGC was placed in the distal cervical right ICA.
- Thrombectomy performed with a 6F aspiration catheter.
- Successful revascularization (TICI 3) after one pass.
- 13 minutes from puncture to clot removal.
