Right M1 Segment Artery Occlusion

  • 60 year old female patient presented with left sided weakness and aphasia with an NIHSS score of 23.
  • Right M1 segment artery occlusion.
  • Walrus BGC was placed in the distal cervical right ICA.
  • Thrombectomy performed with a 6F aspiration catheter.
  • Successful revascularization (TICI 3) after one pass.
  • 13 minutes from puncture to clot removal.
